Our manifesto: funding start-ups that want to create new customer services and new customer journeys with positive impact
La Poste’s ambition is to be the leading European platform for links and exchanges, human and digital, green and socially responsible, serving our customers in their projects and society as a whole in its transformations.
The creation of La Poste Ventures is part of this objective: to identify and finance start-ups that wish to create services with a positive impact. Together, we will develop innovations that will best serve the customer and have a positive impact.
By investing €50 million in 20 to 25 seed or Series A investments over the next few years, La Poste Group aims to :
- Detect innovations in key sectors to meet the new needs of its customers
- capture new business models or new uses for emerging technologies
- Identify positive impact services that address social, environmental and economic issues and improve the customer experience

Digitisation
Data-IA, automation, digital twins, blockchain, robotics,… We want to fund start-ups that help develop trusted digital services, improve the experience of our employees, and optimise our performance.
Phygital
DATA-IA, IoT, 5G, blockchain, biometrics, image and video recognition… We want to finance start-ups to support the digital transformation of the public sector, territories and companies by capitalising on physical presence.
Green & smart cities and territories
Making cities greener and smarter, creating sustainable services within territories and boosting their attractiveness by relying on the circular economy, accelerating soft mobility… We want to finance start-ups involved in greentech to develop the territorial ecosystem.
Health and Well-being
E-health, patient empowerment, prevention of dreaded diseases, support in the health pathway, new technologies… We wish to finance start-ups engaged in healthtech for health actors and their beneficiaries.
Augmented logistics
Blockchain, DATA-IA, virtual or augmented reality, new means of delivery… We want to finance start-ups that develop connected logistics, to improve the user experience.

La Poste Group considers social and environmental responsibility as a lever for its transformation and integrates it into each of its actions. This commitment is now recognized by dedicated rating agencies such as Vigeo Eiris. In this context La Poste has been awarded a grade of 75/100, the best CSR rating ever received.

The ambition of La Poste Ventures is to be a positive impact fund, by financing and supporting start-ups that want to become positive impact funds. For us, positive impact is determined by four main pillars: responsible governance, sustainable management of resources, ecological transition and regional development.
